Brace Face!

God is faithful! It's hard to explain the fulfillment in my life over the past few months, but I am just so excited to be where am I today. There are days when I can become aggravated and annoyed by things that try to limit me. But, God always shows Himself faithful and a true supplier of everything I need. This is just one of the ways He has taken care of me...

I have ALWAYS wanted braces! And now, I can officially be called BRACE-FACE-GRACE! Ok, so that was dumb...lol...but I am so happy! I laugh a lot, and want to have a nice smile. But, ever since my brother, Micah got them on two years ago, my parents said I had to wait for him to get them off...and that day has finally come!

That's just half of the story though...

On January 5th, my mom and I went to the orthodontist. After checking my teeth, he assured me that I would need braces but for only 5 months or so. That's AMAZING! To think that my brother had to have them on for 2 years, and I will have them off by summer time is definitely something to smile about. But, it doesn't stop there.

After the orthodontist checked me and said that it would only be a few short months, I knew my mom was fretting a little. The monthly payment to have braces over a 2-year period is a lot easier than a 5 month period! But, God stepped in and a MIRACLE happened. Before my mom could even get the question out of her mouth about how much, he replied with, "And these braces are on me!"

WHAT!? Did I hear him right? Not a down payment, a monthly fee, or a deposit. My mom said that I didn't really show any emotion, but that's not real surprising. LOL! God has been so faithful.

You wouldn't believe how many people ask me about how much money I got out of this accident...or if I am suing...or what I should try and get. Even my friends put in requests of what they want me to buy them! But, God keeps showing me that He will take care of me no matter what. Money can buy nice things and would take care of my doctor's bills that have piled up of course! But, when things like this happen, it builds my faith even more that GOD is my supplier. Not people, not a law-suit, not even a career one day. When you put your hope and trust in Him, He will take care of your every need....and, He will even give you the desire of your heart!

Philippians 4:19

"And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
